Workforce Development
During the twenty-first century, a number of trends in human behavior and education have resulted in a shortage of professionals in industrial crafts. Our customers across North America are experiencing succession challenges in their own ranks and those of suppliers. To provide employees of the future, we are constructing a formal CAM Industrial Solutions Apprenticeship Academy to recruit, sponsor, train and place craft employees.
Unsurpassed Behavioral Based Safety Process
Safe work behavior cannot be inspected toward excellence; it must be resident in the hearts and minds of every employee. To construct this culture, CAM Industrial Solutions has designed a comprehensive array of efforts, including recruiting tools, behavioral training modules, reinforcements, rewards, and celebrations, as well as comprehensive operating procedures and auditing requirements from employee to executive.

Although we perform our services within the boundaries of our customer facilities, every facet of our work has the potential to impact the air, water, and soil of the planet. Digital Collection of Productivity Measures
CAM Industrial Solutions is largely compensated on a Time and Material basis. Today’s customers realize that what is measured can be improved. The incentive to increase productivity must reach beyond an hourly vision, to where our customers will invite us to perform more work because each assignment is measured and completed within continuously improving timeframes. This allows us to grow while customers enjoy more processing time. Digital data collection is underway in certain sites today and our goal is continent wide.
