Danny Cavalier joined CAM as Senior Director, Strategic Growth – U.S., where he leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens key customer relationships, and develops long-term partnerships to support the company’s expansion in general maintenance and specialty services.

With 28 years of industry experience, Danny brings extensive expertise in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, along with leadership experience spanning procurement and operations. His career includes significant experience in both specialty services—such as scaffolding, insulation, coatings, and fireproofing—and general contracting. He has supported non-union operations across the United States, St. Croix, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and has played a key role in multiple private equity transitions.

Danny holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees and spent seven years in secondary education as a teacher and coach prior to entering the industrial sector. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with friends, deer hunting, boating, and supporting LSU football.
