As Senior Director, Strategic Growth at CAM Industrial Solutions, Michael Fornalik, P.Eng.  leads business development and growth initiatives across CAM’s North American unionized industrial services portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in downstream oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial services, Michael combines strong engineering expertise with senior commercial leadership to secure long‑term client relationships, negotiate strategic agreements, and support sustainable growth across maintenance, turnaround, and project execution programs.

Prior to joining CAM, Michael held senior business development and commercial leadership roles with global organizations. Across his career, he has been accountable for business development portfolios that spanned international markets within North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
