Rodgers Thibodaux leads our Specialty Services, which include turnarounds, small capital projects, specialty welding, towers-vessels, and catalyst services.  Rodgers is focused on driving growth, building teams, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency for our existing and new customers.

With over 25 years of executive experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Midstream, Renewable Energy and Ammonia, Rodgers has a proven record of expanding service lines, developing strategic partnerships, and improving profitability.

Prior to joining CAM, Rodgers served as Executive Vice President at Specialty Welding & Turnarounds (SWAT).

Outside of work, he values spending time with family, golfing, hunting, volunteering at the Mission of Yahweh, and cooking.
