Roger Raney joined CAM Industrial Solutions in February 2026 as their Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment, based in Houston, Texas. Roger has over 30 years of experience in the petrochemical, refining, industrial and construction services industries. This experience includes 18 years in executive level safety and operational roles. Roger has a history of improving organizational safety performance, safety culture, profitability, and service quality. His executive operations experience includes 6 years as a divisional vice president providing industrial services to the petrochemical and refining markets.

Roger served honorably in the United States Army and began his career as a chemical plant maintenance worker while attending college at night.

Roger achieved his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston at Clear Lake in 1996 and later completed Master level courses in safety engineering, environmental management, and business management. Roger holds the Certified Safety Professional, Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician, and Construction Safety and Health Technician certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.Outside of work, Roger has been involved with volunteer engagement with youth sports, Habitat for Humanity, Galveston Bay Foundation and his local church.
